I have been experimenting with DEVONtechnologies’ “DEVONthink” software package over the past few days and am genuinely amazed at what it can do.

While Tiger’s Spotlight feature could make this a bit redundant, synchronizing DEVONthink’s databases between multiple computers seems like an easier solution.

For the entrepreneur, project manager, or busy executive, DEVONthink lets you build a searchable repository for virtually any kind of media file. Word documents, text files, PDFs, and anything else can all be archived instantly and searched.

It is pretty neat. And it has gotten some stellar reviews.
